Learn the tools to eat healthy no matter how busy or demanding your schedule is, and no matter how high or low your personal bandwidth is.
One 60-minute intake + twelve 1-hour sessions. Each session is 60 minutes and all sessions are done virtually (Facetime, Skype, Zoom).
