Ever hear the adage that we all have the same 24 hours in a day? Well, we don’t. And that’s where we begin.
Maybe your 24 hours is focused on a career that is high demand and anything but 9-5.
Or maybe your 24 hours is trying constantly to juggle parenting, work, and taking care of yourself.
Or maybe your 24 hours involves being a caregiver to someone elderly, ill, or special needs.
And maybe your 24 hours doesn’t involve a ton of outside demands so you are in a place where you want to spend more time on your health.
All of these 24 hours require a different approach to your nutrition.
I’m a certified Nutrition Consultant who works with clients 1:1 to help them feel better through nutrition, but in a previous life I worked in the high-demand, high-intensity worlds of sports, entertainment, and music. I know what it’s like to want to live a healthy life, but the demands of life make it feel impossible.
Well, its not. It just requires a different approach.
Together we will work for 3 months giving you the framework to eat healthy on your own. This means I teach you basics about nutrition that we are never taught in school, so that you can take those tools with you in your day to day life. Sure, once in awhile things pop up where you might need extra help, which is why I offer one-off sessions for those who have completed the 3 month program. But you will work hard with me for 3 months, and leave armed with the confidence and knowledge to handle nutrition on your own.
We will use various methods of thinking about meals based on your current bandwidth and knowledge level, and oscillate between these methods. You will learn about the basics of nutrition and wellness. You will learn what to eat, when, and how. You will learn which foods have which nutrients that you might need. We will use a food first approach, with the very occasional supplement recommendation. You will learn about lifestyle habits that support our health. And, we will also consider less conventional ways to help you get to health, such as utilizing the arts, journaling, or hobbies to infuse creativity, vitality, and joy into your life.

The Full Meal Plan: 13 Sessions
One 60-minute intake + twelve weekly one-hour sessions (all done virtually). Learn how to eat healthy no matter what is going on in your life. Nutrition shouldn’t be accessible only when we have nothing else going on- nutrition should be accessible even when life is throwing lemons at us! Learn the tools to eat healthy no matter how busy or demanding your schedule is, and no matter how high or low your personal bandwidth is.
